Verified reviewEasy to use the web site but the quality of strap compared to price and brand is not where it needs to be.

Verified reviewOnly downside is that the watch was listed to come out on the 20th of May and it didn’t come out for sometime after that. Also the advertising was misleading with the special box and extra strap not specifying that it would only come out for Americans. I am disappointed on this from however I won’t return the watch because I still love it very much, that was just a little thing.

Verified reviewI contacted Hamilton Watch Company with a few questions before purchasing, and the experience was outstanding. The watch I initially wanted wasn’t available online, but the customer service team went above and beyond to help. I was told I’d hear back the next day, yet they followed up within minutes, which really impressed me. The service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. From answering my questions to arranging the order, everything was smooth and stress-free. Delivery was also incredibly fast. Combined with the brand’s quality and style, this level of customer care makes Hamilton an easy 5-star choice. Highly recommended for both their watches and their exceptional service.

Verified reviewOverall great webpage when browsing for the many watches available. User friendly. Filter system could use some work. Got confused after clicking a few filters as the other options disappear.

Verified reviewquick delivery and good quality band, however, not the colour I was expecting. It says 'green' and my band colour is brown. not a slight green in it. As a result- the band does not compliment my wrist skin colour and leaves me rather disappointed.
